Steve and Lora Overweg are a building team consisting of a residential framer as well as a designer. They have taken their passion from framing homes to renting duplexes and are now working on the Quincy Meadows project. As a couple and a power house they are completing the project by building condos consisting of 18 buildings which equals 36 individual units. Overweg Construction was established in 1990 and has been serving the West Michigan area with quality residential framing – totaling to 30 years of experience and over 900 homes built. This family of four works weekdays and weekends to make sure each and every customers home is fit for their every need and desire. Whether this may be adding light switches in unique areas to redesigning a layout, satisfaction is an Overweg quality. We would love to work with YOU to build a customized condo from the ground up!

Lifestyle Homes is a proud member of the HBA.
